We do not recommend lowering the water level unless you have Tile or a Cantilever Deck. Water level should be lowered prior to our arrival to avoid additional charges.
All Pool Closing Plan Prices are subject to our service area of a 30-mile radius of our retail store located in Dayton, Ohio. A port-to port fee will be charged for service sites beyond our service area. Service sites beyond our service area may be subject to limited availability.
We recommend that you bring a water sample to our retail store for FREE Testing and Analysis at least one day prior to your pool closing.
